What got you into exercise?
I grew up being an active child, so activity has always been a core part of my life. Over the last few years, I’ve been on my own personal fitness journey, which really opened my eyes to how transformative functional strength can be. Balancing a demanding schedule as a nursing student, I learned firsthand how essential exercise is not just for physical health, but for mental resilience. That experience sparked a passion for holistic health and movement, and it’s why I love helping women find sustainable ways to build strength, feel confident in their bodies, and support their overall well-being.
What’s your advice for living a healthy lifestyle?
Prioritize consistency over perfection and look at health holistically. Between finishing nursing school and working shifts in the hospital, I completely understand what it’s like to feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day. You don’t need a flawless, rigid routine to see progress. Focus on small, manageable habits, like moving your body in ways you actually enjoy and practicing self-care, that fit realistically into your busy life. True wellness is about balance and finding what makes you feel energized and strong, not stressed.
What do you like to do outside the gym?
Free time can be rare, but I love making the most of it! I love painting and doing anything crafty, being outdoors, traveling to new places, and finding fun ways to stay active and explore.
