Southwestern Turkey Burger


8oz extra Lean Ground Turkey
1/3 of a red bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 of a green bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 of a yellow bell pepper, finely diced
½ of a small onion, finely diced
1 medium button mushroom, finely diced
1 egg white
¼ cup quick oats
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp dried cilantro
Salt & pepper


1. Add all ingredients in bowl and combine with hands
2. Make into small burger size patties then cook on stove top until cooked through
3. Top with avocado and enjoy!
