1 kiwi
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 avocado
1/2 banana
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon nut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Optional: add spinach if you didn’t have enough veggies in the day.
