Oatmeal Delight

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

2 tbsp crushed almonds

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 to 1 scop vanilla protein powder

1/2 apple, diced

1/2 cup berries

Cinnamon

Directions:

Microwave oats in water to cover oats for 1 minute and let cool. Mix almond milk & protein powder and pour over oats and stir to loosen up cooled oats. Top with apples, berries, cinnamon and nuts
