UpLift to Close as Part of Coronavirus Order

In case you hadn’t heard the news, the latest effort to slow the spread of coronavirus is to temporarily close many businesses. As of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, all fitness centers, including UpLift, must close by executive order of Minnesota governor Tim Walz.

The order expires Monday, June 1st, 2020.

While we all wait out the closure, our plan is to be there for you during this time when exercise, eating healthy, and managing stress is so important!

We are working on a plan to communicate updates and offer healthy inspiration. Follow UpLift on Facebook for anything we learn regarding when we can open again, and for exercise and nutrition tips to inspire you in the meantime!

Life throws challenges at us, including this one, but it’s amazing how tough times bring us together. The pause has already helped us appreciate you, to realize what an inspiring energy we create by working out together and supporting each other. We can’t wait to see you again when the closure is lifted. And we’ll be by your side, in the virtual world, until then.

We will get through this together!

Chris, Jill & the UpLift Team
