When/how did your passion for exercise begin? How did you decide you wanted to make a career as a trainer?

I don’t have a passion for exercise, but I do have a passion for health. It began with my father, a medical doctor who wanted me to follow in his footsteps. Seeing how sick people get and how much they rely on others to “fix” them, I resolved to help people STAY well and have dedicated the past 40 years to the research and teaching of holistic health.

The women who run it, and those who staff it, are professional, courteous, kind, caring. And there is a philosophy of personal attention, and genuine interest in people’s health and progress.

What is your best advice for someone wanting to get healthier and fit?

Decide what your needs are, make a plan and STAY FAITHFUL to your schedule.

Health is the utmost important element in our lives. Without it, we cannot enjoy friendship, love, abundance, wisdom, etc. Health demands commitment and follow thru; the benefits are worth the effort and dedication. Nothing is more important than to be whole, hale and hearty.
