1 scoop protein powder
2 cup fresh spinach
1 to 1.5 cups almond milk, unsweetened
ice cubes
¼ – ½ banana
½ – ¾ cup strawberries
1 Tbl PB2 or almond butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbl flaxseed
