Enter the UpLift LiftOff Challenge!

We’re looking for one woman for a free 2-month guided fitness journey.

Make this the year you turn your health around!

  • Are you ready to make a change, to add exercise and healthy eating to your daily routine?
  • Or do you already exercise, but could use help taking your workouts to the next level, and want help learning to eat better?

If you fit either description, tell us why you should be selected for the featured spot in the UpLift LiftOff Challenge. The chosen participant will get a free 2-month membership to UpLift Guided Fitness, and receive coaching and inspiration, every step of the way, from personal trainers and a professional nutritionist.

The deadlines for application are Jan. 15 and Sept. 15.
We accept applications year around, so if you or someone you know is ready to apply, go ahead and do it any time.

Challenge #1 runs from February 1 – March 31.
Challenge #2 runs from October 1 – November 31.

The stories, and the journeys, are interesting and inspiring. You can follow along on our Facebook page.

In today’s world, it has become normal to believe that the pace of life doesn’t leave room for regular exercise. And who has time to eat right, right?

Lost in the hustle: your overall well-being should be at the top of the priority list. We all benefit from toning and fueling our bodies.

Without strength and peace that comes from health, you lose the ability to keep up with the bustle.

Researchers at Mayo Clinic established that the vast majority–about 70 percent–of illnesses are related to health habits and therefore preventable.

In the book, “Younger Next Year,” Chris Crowley and Henry Lodge write that a sedentary, stressful lifestyle and dietary fat are the real killers.

Regular exercise and good nutrition change everything. In addition to muscular and other physical improvements, you also develop inner calm and strength. That’s what changes people, because our bodies crave this connection with our minds. No matter how busy you think you are, if you make time for health you will also find order amidst the chaos of a hectic life, because you’ll naturally see what the priorities should be.

This is the purest path to a long, happy, meaningful life.

Play Along at Home

We can’t wait to read your stories. And in addition to our deserving participants, we hope to have many more, both men and women, join us.

We hope to inspire anyone who is ready to make health a priority–both men and women–to join in. What you learn, as you read these inspiring stories, can get you started, too.

Even if you’re not selected as a featured participant, challenge yourself to begin these same lifestyle changes. Decide that you’re going to make time to exercise at least three days a week, for at least 30 minutes at a time (an hour is better).

“The perfect combination,” says UpLift’s Chris Radke, “is cardiovascular exercise like walking, running, or biking, resistance training to increase muscle, and stretching.”

Exercise and nutrition advice is continuously being updated on our Facebook page to help those who are changing their lives alongside our featured participants.

It’s always fun, it’s always fantastic, and we all learn a lot in the process!
