Bosu Balance Trainer is one of the most exciting exercise tools to hit the fitness world in awhile. Why? Because you can use it for so many different activities all while working on endurance, strength, balance and stability.
Bosu Balance Training helps to strengthen and coordinate your structure including the muscles of your body that you don’t see. It targets the core muscle of your body, those muscles around your abdominal and back area helping you to not only gain strength, trim, and tone but to help coordinate your entire body.
This class will give you a total body workout – from calorie burning cardio to strength, balance and stability. Come challenge yourself and have fun with the Bosu Balance Trainer.
This class is taught by Carrie Lyles. Carrie has 20 years of group fitness teaching experience. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise. Carrie’s passion is teaching group fitness. She believes that exercise should be fun and exhilarating and included in our daily routines. |

What is Fusion?
Fusion is a combination of both Pilates and Yoga. In this class, you will move at a consistent tempo from one exercise to the next, utilizing the concepts of both formats in a seamless, flowing manner. Some exercises will be performed seated, standing and lying in both a prone and supine position. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced students and offers many modifications to meet the needs of all participants.
Please come try Fusion and expect to get a full-body workout that will be challenging, energizing and confidence building!

Core Conditioning Class A strong core is essential for a healthy back and good posture. We are constantly using our core muscles to carry out our daily activities.
To help our members reach the goal of stronger core muscles, Uplift is offering a new class – CORE CONDITIONING. The class will focus exclusively on strengthening all muscles in the core through progressive floor and stability ball exercises.
Members of all fitness levels will benefit from the class. Variations of exercises will be demonstrated to challenge the new participant, as well as more intense options for the more advanced participant.
