Total Body on The Bosu Trainer Class Description:

Bosu Balance Trainer is one of the most exciting exercise tools to hit the fitness world in awhile. Why? Because you can use it for so many different activities all while working on endurance, strength, balance and stability.
 
Bosu Balance Training helps to strengthen and coordinate your structure including the muscles of your body that you don't see. It targets the core muscle of your body, those muscles around your abdominal and back area helping you to not only gain strength, trim, and tone but to help coordinate your entire body.
 
This class will give you a total body workout - from calorie burning cardio to strength, balance and stability. Come challenge yourself and have fun with the Bosu Balance Trainer.
 
This class is taught by Carrie Lyles.  Carrie has 20 years of group fitness teaching experience.  She is certified through the American Council on Exercise.  Carrie's passion is teaching group fitness.  She believes that exercise should be fun and exhilarating and included in our daily routines.

Resistance Builds Healthier Bodies (For Women)

Looking for real results? Discover the power of resistance training! At any age, resistance training can increase your metabolism and transform your body from the inside out. Build bone density, increase lean muscle, and lose body fat. It's the best and most permanent way to improve the shape, tone, strength and overall health of your body. When you have a greater percentage of muscle, you will burn more calories each day. When women lose fat and gain muscle, the feminine physique truly emerges. You will NOT get bulky or lose flexibility! You WILL feel stronger and healthier, training only three days per week. This course is taught by the team of trainers at UpLift Guided Fitness for Women in Woodbury. The class will be held at Uplift Guided Fitness located in the Perpetual Motion building (257 Rivertown Drive) near Sam's Club. Please wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.

JILL STRAND and CHRIS RADKE are personal trainers and co-owners of UpLift Fitness in Woodbury. They both have children and have experienced the evolution of fitness goals through each decade of their personal lives. Their desire is to help others receive the benefits that they have experienced using resistance training.
